2. Use License

We offer our services to the clients keeping the company’s standard policies and procedures in mind. Our company will be liable for every possible aspect related to our services. 5. Liability Restriction

SkyTrust Network will not be accountable to any client or entity guaranteeing under or through the client for any sort of loss or benefit or other indirect, accidental, or harm irrespective of activity for tort or agreement regarding this covenant, even if SkyTrust Network has been instructed about the risk of such damages.

6. Refund and Cancellation for Your Client

The client has to give one month prior notice before discontinuing or modifying any service(s) with SkyTrust Network. Failing which, it shall not be considered canceled or modified.

7. Miscellaneous

This ‘Terms and conditions’ agreement includes the understanding and agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. This might be altered occasionally with SkyTrust Network’s sole carefulness. An email or notification will be sent to the client’s last registered mail ID and deemed as adequate notice for any changes in these terms and conditions.
